How do I unsubscribe/manage a subscription I purchased via an app?
If the subscription originated through an app purchase, then you must change plans through the app through which the subscription was purchased. Changing an in-app purchase via the web UI will not change your app based subscription. You will need to manually cancel it through the app service. Note: We are not able to cancel an app subscription for you. You will need to do it from your end manually.
iOS App
If you subscribed via the XO Now iOS app and want to cancel, you have to do so manually. Follow these instructions from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039#iOS.
Android App
If you subscribed via the XO Now Android app, you will need to manually cancel on Google Payments, as instructed here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481

Apple TV App
If you subscribed via the XO Now Apple TV/tvOS app and want to cancel, you have to do so manually via the instructions from Apple here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
Roku App
If you subscribed via the XO Now Roku Channel, you will need to manually cancel in Roku settings, as instructed here: https://support.roku.com/article/208756478-how-do-i-manage-or-cancel-a-subscription
Amazon Fire TV App
If you subscribed via the XO Now Amazon Fire TV app, you will need to manually cancel. Please see Amazon’s instructions on how to do so
