How do I get a receipt of my purchase/subscription?
To help you keep track of your expenses and refunds, you can download a printable receipt. You can view/download past receipts in the "My Account" section.
To view/download past receipts:
1. Sign-in and navigate to the user dashboard via My Account
2. From the user dashboard, click on Billing.
3. Scroll down to the Payment History section, and you will find all of the payments you have made, as well as your downloadable and printable receipts. Click on Open Receipt for it to appear on a new tab.
