1. THE DISCUSSION GUIDE - Each couple in the group will need a discussion guide and need to bring it to the group for each session. Couples can follow along with the questions and take notes during group discussions.

2. XO NOW VIDEOS - Each session begins with a quick video teaching about that week's session. All of these videos are available on the XO Now app and can be watched on phones, laptops, and TVs. You'll need to have an account to access XO Now.
