You can download the PDF workbook or discussion guide for free or purchase a physical workbook to write in and take notes.

To download the PDF workbook from a web browser:

1. In the course you’re starting, click on the “Resources” tab under the video.

2. Click “Download” on the course workbook/discussion guide.

How to Download Resources in the App

The Videos 

1. Set aside 10-15 minutes every day or once a week, depending on the course, to watch the video for that day/week. You can go at your own pace but take the time to really dig and make real changes.
