The Workbook
You can download the PDF workbook or discussion guide for free or purchase a physical workbook to write in and take notes.
To download the PDF workbook from a web browser:
1. In the course you’re starting, click on the “Resources” tab under the video.
2. Click “Download” on the course workbook/discussion guide.
